KINO flex_lofts. Landscape almost complete

The final stage of construction is underway at KINO Flex_lofts. Landscaping works are nearing completion, bringing the project closer to full realization.

Conceived as a modest act of urban repair, the building re-establishes a clear street frontage in a fragmented central district. The architecture combines restraint with a confident material expression — white and anthracite terracotta panels, accented by bright red elements that give the volumes a distinct identity.

The almost-finished landscape reinforces the original design intent: a well-defined street edge, a calm semi-private courtyard, and a clear hierarchy between public and residential spaces.
