K2 residence. Construction update.

Monolithic concrete works have been completed on the low-rise section of K2 Residence. The project continues to take shape on site, with the seven-storey volumes forming a calm, human-scaled frontage along the southern edge of the plot.

K2 was designed as a careful insertion into the existing urban fabric — balancing a continuous mid-rise base with a vertical accent to the north. Seeing the structure rise confirms the clarity of this approach: rational massing, well-proportioned outdoor spaces, and a strong relationship to the surrounding context.
