SOL Residence. Landscape works nearing completion
After several years of design and coordination, SOL Residence is entering its final stage of realization. Landscaping works on the site are now almost complete.
The project was conceived as a sculptural residential ensemble with a clear human scale — four distinct volumes, each with its own brick tone and identity, carefully stepped to respond to the surrounding urban fabric. The completed outdoor spaces reinforce this original intention: quiet courtyards, well-proportioned planting, and a calm transition between architecture and landscape.
What is particularly rewarding is how closely the built result follows the design. The materiality, the rhythm of the facades, and the relationship between the buildings and the ground plane remain consistent with the concept developed at the outset.
