Moving away from high-density blocks, the project adopts the Waterfront Villa typology—compact, six-story volumes that define a premium, human-scale environment. This approach offers distinct advantages:

• Exclusive Community: Each villa houses a limited number of apartments (approx. 20), fostering privacy and a strong sense of neighborhood.
